What couriers we use, how they can track their shipments etc. We can have this in a Questions & Answers style.


For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day you received the products only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you cancelled the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice.

Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. The  Body Jane Jar production process is probably the most complex blow molding process for an item worldwide.   It entails blowing plastic in highly complex molds filled with aggressive cavities in order to succesfully capture the Body Jane shape.  Any slight marks formed by material accumulation during the manufacturing process  DO NOT qualify the product as faulty.

  • Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt so please inspect goods immediately.
  • Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
  • We do not deliver to P.O.Box numbers.


Return Policy

Customer satisfaction here at is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition  and in their original packaging. Return delivery costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Here's how to return something:

Step 1: 

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and/or batch number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please call Body Jane Customer Service. 

Step 2:

Your credit card or your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received.

Step 3:

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging delivery of the product back to the appropriate warehouse address. You may use your Post Office or a courier of your choice.

Step 4:

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by  we are apologizing for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to return the product back to us. However, if the product was damaged during shipping please make your insurance claim at the post office or courrier counter upon receiving the product.  We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping so make sure you inspect the product condition right away.  ALL SHIPPMENTS ARE INSURED.  For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return delivery expense.

Terms & Policies

These policies supersede policies appearing on all other literature, and are in effect for purchases made from our online shop. 

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.  is not responsible for manufacturing price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the cancellation date, 100% complete, unused, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards, promotional stickers and other accessories provided by the manufacturer in the box. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days of the cancellation date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, then all above terms and policies are the same.

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to 's warehouse locations. 


Customs and Import Tax

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and to pay the relevant custom duties. 

VAT is included on the price you see on our website and is shown in the cart.

Please note that all bulk B 2 B shipments will be shipped directly from the manufacturing facility which is located in ATTIKA, GREECE.
